San Agustín. El cielo (2ª parte)

Agustín sabe –mediante la certeza que nace de la fe– que el ser humano ha sido creado para el cielo. El cielo cristiano (¿es plausible creer en otro?) tiene unos rasgos concretos que lo definen y caracterizan. Ya hemos descrito en esta revista algunos de estos elementos en la primera parte de este estudio. Ahora, en esta segunda y última sección, vamos a detenernos brevemente a estudiar la ecuación agustiniana fides-visio; trataremos de analizar especialmente el segundo elemento de la misma. Nos acercaremos también en estas páginas a lo que Agustín entiende por vida bienaventurada. Brindaremos, para terminar, unas consideraciones finales y complementarias sobre la cosmovisión del cielo agustiniano.
